Former Brazilian Air Force pilot with 17 years of service, nine dedicated to Search and Rescue (SAR). He operated across rotorcraft and fixed-wing platforms on search, aeromedical evacuation, rescue, and humanitarian missions.

Certified in SAR Mission Coordination in Brazil, he brings extensive experience from real operations and exercises.

A technology-driven leader, he pairs operational expertise with hands-on programming to guide the development of Isis, SARCORPS's IAMSAR-aligned decision support solution built around the operator's reality.

Silvio Monteiro Junior

Silvio Monteiro Junior

COO - Chief Operating Officer

Reserve Colonel in the Brazilian Air Force and Search and Rescue (SAR) pilot with 30 years in the Brazilian Air Force, 22 of them in SAR.

Certified in SAR Mission Coordination in Brazil and Canada, he served for more than 13 years at the Brazilian Search and Rescue Division, where he also represented Brazil at ICAO and in the COSPAS-SARSAT Program.

With more than 30 years dedicated to aeronautical and maritime accident response, he has collaborated with organizations and authorities in more than 20 countries. His lifelong passion for SAR has evolved into his personal mission to connect people, expertise, and purpose through effective communication and coordination.

With a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Vitor Pereira serves as CTO of SARCORPS, combining operational experience in the aeronautical sector with strong expertise in technology, software architecture, and AI-driven digital products.

Over 12 years in technology, he has led the architecture and development of multiple digital products, with strong focus on scalable systems, APIs, intelligent workflows, and high-volume operations.

He brings over 15 years as an Air Traffic Controller, incident and accident investigator, plus training in SAR Coordination. He participated as coordinator of the FAB's SAR Coordinators training course.

He plays a decisive role across all projects, from ideation through the evolution of solutions, with creativity, innovation, and a focus on results. He practices continuous improvement, aligning user experience, performance, and value delivered.

SAR Coordinator since 2021, with over five years coordinating SAR missions in the Amazon. As an instructor, he contributed to training coordinators in basic and advanced SAR courses, strengthening SARCORPS's technical credibility in the SAR ecosystem.

A fixed-wing pilot trained by the Brazilian Air Force with 14 years of service — 9 dedicated to SAR operations — he participated in national and international missions aboard the C-295 aircraft, building solid experience in high-complexity operational environments. He also served as a search and rescue coordinator, bringing practical, doctrinal, and strategic insight to mission conduct and sector solution development.

At SARCORPS, he provides scientific and advisory support focused on technical robustness, operational reliability, and the specialized depth of the company's solutions.
