Over 12 years in technology, he has led the architecture and development of multiple digital products, with strong focus on scalable systems, APIs, intelligent workflows, and high-volume operations.

He brings over 15 years as an Air Traffic Controller, incident and accident investigator, plus training in SAR Coordination. He participated as coordinator of the FAB's SAR Coordinators training course.

Renato de Souza Vieira serves as Software Developer at SARCORPS, bringing a consistent combination of operational experience in critical environments and analytical capability applied to building reliable solutions.

With 10 years as an Air Traffic Controller, he developed strong operational discipline, systemic vision, and commitment to safety and efficiency.

He has 3 years at the Amazon Rescue Coordination Center (RCC-AZ), participating in numerous SAR mission coordinations in the Amazon region, including operational planning and multi-agency integration.

Stanley Mairon Medeiros Lucas serves as QA Lead / Test Engineer at SARCORPS, combining operational experience in highly complex environments with solid technical training in engineering and software development.

As an Air Traffic Controller, he has 7 years of experience in Approach Control (APP), working in environments that demand precision, rapid decision-making, and high-level responsibility.

A Computer Engineer with expertise in web development, Python, databases, agile methodologies, and fundamentals of data science and machine learning.

Josivaldo Mendes da Silva Junior is the Product, Experience & Innovation Lead at SARCORPS, a pillar in the conception and evolution of digital products, with a focus on UX, performance, and positioning. He connects planning, UI/UX, frontend, and product marketing to technical delivery.

He plays a decisive role across all projects, from ideation through the evolution of solutions, with creativity, innovation, and a focus on results. He practices continuous improvement, aligning user experience, performance, and value delivered.

SAR Coordinator since 2021, with over five years coordinating SAR missions in the Amazon. As an instructor, he contributed to training coordinators in basic and advanced SAR courses, strengthening SARCORPS's technical credibility in the SAR ecosystem.

Yuri Igor Fernandes Luz serves as Training & Implementation Lead at SARCORPS, with 17 years of operational experience in the Brazilian Aeronautical SAR System and DECEA.

His multidisciplinary academic background includes Pedagogy (Corporate Education), Social Sciences (Anthropology), and Data Science, plus ICAO Level 4 Aviation English certification.

At SARCORPS, he leads training, implementation, and knowledge transfer initiatives, connecting real operations, teaching methodology, and organizational development.

Lucas Lobão de Aquino is SAR Scientific Advisor at SARCORPS, strengthening the company's technical and conceptual foundation in Search and Rescue (SAR), operational analysis, and applied knowledge.

A fixed-wing pilot trained by the Brazilian Air Force with 14 years of service — 9 dedicated to SAR operations — he participated in national and international missions aboard the C-295 aircraft, building solid experience in high-complexity operational environments. He also served as a search and rescue coordinator, bringing practical, doctrinal, and strategic insight to mission conduct and sector solution development.

At SARCORPS, he provides scientific and advisory support focused on technical robustness, operational reliability, and the specialized depth of the company's solutions.
